cleaning correlations looks at cleaning as an act that can reveal rather than hide. By deliberately working with surfaces, traces of use, residue and signs of labour become visible and are brought into relation with the exhibition space. The works on cotton and paper move between structured approaches and freer, painterly gestures. In this way, the project explores how everyday maintenance, spatial conditions and artistic processes influence one another.
